Asked Questions (FAQs)

new, innovative, industry leading connectivity services that will change
the face of the market over the next few years. Access
Infrastructure™ believes that to stay at the forefront of the IT
networking market place, companies must be willing to work together in

Q: How does the
Business Partner Programme work?
A: As an accredited Access Infrastructure Business Partner you will be
given full access to Sales Tools, collateral, our Business Partner
Marketing Programmes and our Technical Sales Specialists to enable you to
sell our Networking and Connectivity Services. Following your sale of each
solution we will manage its delivery, support and manage it operationally,
administer the billing and share the revenue with you.
Q: What is the
average order value of a solution?
A: The value of a customer order depends on the number of connections
required, the bandwidths required and the duration for which the customer
wishes to buy the service for. Typically we expect our target customers to
buy networks from us that consist of several dozen circuits at a time. With
this in mind the resulting revenue stream is very substantial.
Q: What different
types of commission are available?
A: We have two different types of commission: the Introducer Fee, and the
Recurring Commission. The Introducer Fee applies as a one-off commission
payment when a Business Partner refers a customer to us that buys our
service. The reoccurring Commission applies when our Partners undertake the
sale without the involvement of our Sales staff.
Q: What commission
rates apply?
A: Our Introducer Fee pays up to 10% commission on the annual value of the
customer’s contract. The reoccurring commission pays up to 20%
commission on the customer’s total order value.
Q: How do I become
an Access Infrastructure Business Partner?
A: To become an authorised and accredited Business Partner you’ll
need to sign and return our Business Partner Agreement. Once an application
has been accepted we’ll provide you with all of the tools,
information and collateral that you’ll need to sell the services.
