Operations System which constantly monitors our networks 24/7/365,
informing us of the networks performance and any incidents affecting it,
so that we can immediately take the necessary actions required. As a
result we are able to advise our customers of the actions taken, often
before they are aware that any service related incident has taken place.
Our customers can
contact our Support Staff to raise an event ticket at any time by logging
into the Customer Area or by calling our Support Line where our
knowledgeable and experienced network specialists are also on hand to
help resolve any broader technical or operational requirements that you
may have.
